This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be considered for services rendered or payments made.
Payments made for dental services, consultations, or treatments are non-refundable once the service has been provided. Our fees reflect the time, materials, expertise, and resources dedicated to your dental care.
However, if an overpayment or billing error occurs, a full refund or credit adjustment will be issued promptly upon verification.
If you have prepaid for a service that has not yet been performed, and you choose to discontinue treatment, a refund may be issued for the unrendered portion of the service, minus any applicable consultation or administrative fees.
If your insurance company pays more than the estimated amount, or if a service is later determined to be fully covered, we will refund the overpayment once the insurance reconciliation process is complete.
All approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original method of payment. For card or digital payments, the time frame may depend on your financial institution.
